PRICING

All pricing of our products and shipping on our website will appear in Australian dollars. All prices are GST inclusive.

All Kenny & Candy items come with a complimentary gift bag. Perfect for loved ones and a great treat for some self-love.

 

PRE-ORDER

You have the option to pre-order our best-selling items that are currently sold out on our site. The estimated delivery time frame for any pre-order item will be indicated on the individual product page.

If your order includes any pre-order items, it will only be dispatched once the pre-order item is available. Therefore, if you require any items urgently, please ensure to place a separate order for them.

 

PRODUCT CARE

We want you to be able to keep your Kenny & Candy pieces for as long as possible. Here are a few quick recommendations for care.

We highly advise keeping your jewellery away from perspiration, perfume, highly acidic skincare formulas, and cosmetics. Additionally, avoid contact with lotions and tanning products, as the chemicals in these substances can cause discoloration. Since all metals are delicate, please handle your piece with care and affection. We recommend removing your jewellery before sleeping or engaging in any other sporting activities.

Please note that Kenny & Candy is not liable to compensate customers for any reactions that are caused by our jewellery. If you experience any reactions to our jewellery, we recommend you consulting your GP for further guidance.
