We understand you're excited to receive your Kenny & Candy pieces as quickly as possible, which is why we ship out during business days from our studio in Melbourne, Australia.
Kenny & Candy ships to destinations worldwide!
Shipping costs are subject to your location and will be added at checkout.
Upon placing your order, it will be dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch. During peak periods such as promotional sales, public holidays, and celebratory occasions, please allow 2-5 business days to receive your shipping confirmation email. We provide tracked shipping worldwide.
Once your parcel has been collected by Australia Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Keep an eye out for this email, as it will allow you to track the progress of your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot ensure that your package will arrive within the expected time frame. Estimated delivery times serve as a general guideline and begin from the dispatch date. Kenny & Candy cannot be held liable for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). For international customers, the quoted prices do not cover local sales taxes or import duties, which may be levied on your purchase upon entry to your country. For additional details, please reach out to your local customs office.
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country of residence or the destination where your item is delivered. Payment of these fees may be required to release your order from customs upon arrival. Please note that Kenny& Candy is not accountable for these expenses.
In the event of a failed delivery attempt resulting in the return of the item to us, you will be responsible for covering the re-delivery fee and any duty taxes incurred for the re-importation of the purchased items.
In the event of loss or damage to your parcel during transit, please note that once it has left our studio and been handed over to Australia Post, we are not held responsible. However, if your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time, we will do our best to track and locate it for you.
