RETURN POLICY
We want you to fall in love with your Kenny & Candy pieces, so if you're not 100% happy with your purchase you can return it to us and we will provide you with a store credit to use towards a future order.
Follow these steps to smoothly navigate the return process for your order.
Step 1. Kindly contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2. Send the items back to Kenny & Candy’s provided address using a trackable shipping service of your choice.
*Tracking is a must as Kenny & Candy is not responsible for any lost return packages.
Step 3. Kindly return your order in its original condition and in its box.
Step 4. Please email us the tracking number so that we can monitor the progress of your return.
Step 5. You will receive a store credit within 14 days of us receiving your return.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
You may return all items, except for earrings, sale items, promotional items, and personalized pieces, for a store credit. This credit can be utilized online at any time or exchanged for another item.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, only for manufacturing faults, please get in touch with our Customer Care team if you believe you've received a faulty item.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items damaged upon return will not be credited.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are a final sale. They cannot be returned to us for a credit note, refund, or exchange.
